Existing Membership Detection After Identity Verification - After a member completes Plaid identity verification, Glide now automatically checks whether their SSN already matches a primary membership in core. If a match is found, the member sees a prompt directing them to sign in to their existing account instead of opening a duplicate membership. Institutions can optionally enable a stricter mode "Block members from creating additional primary memberships" that removes the option to bypass and continue opening a new account.
