This week, we're releasing a set of a significant set of updates to our deposit account opening product. All are in staging today and moving to production Thursday, June 4th.

Reporting & Analytics Updates

We've rebuilt the analytics experience from the ground up and added several new reporting capabilities. These four changes give your team better data, better attribution, and a cleaner view of what's happening across your portfolio.

What's included:

  • Updated Analytics Page — A fully redesigned analytics dashboard with date, membership type, and channel filters. Key KPIs, funnel views, volume charts, and decisioning breakdowns all in one place.

  • Activity Trail Report — A new CSV export with the complete activity trail for every application. Built for teams that want to load raw data directly into Power BI, Tableau, or a data warehouse.

  • Journey Name & Journey Code on Applications Report — Two new columns (and a filter) that let you attribute applications back to the specific Glide journey they came through.

  • Source Column on New Shares Report — A new column that reflects where a specific share was actually opened, separate from the member's original channel.
