  • Permissions: your financial institution will now have centralized control over employee permissions. Staff can adjust roles and permissions quickly, give the right team members access to the tools they need, and simplify team management. This is all accessible from the new Team page (/dashboard/team). This feature will soon be accessible directly from the left-hand navigation through a button.

  • Streamlined In-Branch Member Import Using SSN: Staff can now search for and import existing member information using Social Security Numbers (SSNs) in staging, preventing duplicates and ensuring accurate, up-to-date records. It is especially valuable for financial institutions looking to open up multiple accounts for a member. This accelerates onboarding, reduces manual reconciliation, and improves overall operational efficiency while enhancing the member experience.
