Updates:

We’re excited to announce upcoming product launches for all clients on 1/6, 1/15, and 2/17. Please note these are mandatory features except Passkeys, which remain optional. For questions, please reach out to your DPM and review the documentation linked below.

  • Enhanced Multi-Signer Workflow: Launching on January 6th, 2026. Staff will be able to collect multiple signatures on a single document, both in-branch and remotely. This streamlines operations, reduces errors, and provides a complete, auditable trail.

  • Streamlined Address Validation with Google: Launching on January 15th, 2026. Staff will be able to quickly verify and standardize member addresses using Google’s API combined with Glide’s proprietary logic, ensuring USPS-certified addresses, reducing errors, and improving compliance.

  • Redesigned Onboarding Page: Launching on February 17th, 2026. The redesigned onboarding provides a faster, more intuitive workflow for members, combining account setup, optional tasks, and passkey support in a single, streamlined experience while improving security and engagement.

    • In order to enable Passkeys, FIs will need to enable the new onboarding page. Passkeys will continue to remain optional.
