Skip SSN/TIN Screens for Irrevocable Trusts: Users opening Irrevocable Trust accounts will now bypass the SSN/TIN input screens. This streamlines the process, reduces friction, and eliminates unnecessary data entry. Applicants are directed straight to the "Enter Tax Identification Number" screen, while Revocable Trusts continue through the full identification workflow.
Enhanced Plaid Name Verification: Staff can now rely on more precise Plaid name verification to catch exact full-name mismatches. This reduces errors in auto-approvals, improves BSA compliance, and minimizes risk of incorrectly approved applications.
FIs can request access to this feature through their DPM.
Changes will be live in production following the 11.25.25 deployment.
