Staff Dashboard

  • Expanded Dashboard Channel Filter: The Channel filter in the Applications table now includes a Pre-Glide option, enabling staff to quickly identify pre-Glide member applications and improve reporting accuracy.

  • Clarified Minor Account Employment Section: Employment fields for joint owners in minor account applications now display as “Employment Information (Joint Owner)” reducing confusion and streamlining application review.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Direct Deposit Switch Report Enhancement: The report now captures users who accessed Truv via Glide but did not complete the switch, labeled “Attempted”, giving insight into drop-offs and helping increase adoption.

These improvements will be live in production for all CUs following the 11.04.25 8:00 PM ET deployment.
