• Clearer Adverse Action Notices: Denials related to ChexSystems now include the applicant’s name, improving clarity and reducing follow-up inquiries.

• Simplified Core Activity Logs: Employee names have been removed from system actions, making logs easier to read and allowing focus on key events.
