Updates:

  • Simplified Action Required Queue: The Action Required queue in the Glide Dashboard will now present a more streamlined and efficient experience for staff members. This logic applies only to new share applications:

    • When a new share is added to a membership, the Action Required queue should show only one row if the membership already has approved roles (primary, joint, beneficiary, etc).

    • If there are pending roles in addition to the new share, the Action Required queue will present multiple rows.

  • Enhanced the Auto-Approval Ratio Report: The Auto-Approval Ratio Report that can be generated through the Glide Dashboard now includes a segmentation of staff-approved applications by source: member flow versus dashboard. This provides a clearer view of where approvals are coming from, making it easier to monitor and analyze approval patterns.

Bug Fixes:

  • Optimized Activity Trail for IDV and Watchlist Screenings: When a Plaid IDV or watchlist screening is run within an application in the Glide Dashboard, the activity trail now shows only one entry per attempt. This update ensures an accurate view of each member’s verification history and creates a staff-friendly activity trail.
