Digital Account Opening (DAO)

  • Plaid IDV Improvements - stronger verification, better conversion, and faster tooling withmap-based risk view within a session, automatic typo detection, enhanced document verification, richer email risk checks, robust audit logs, and more. See post in Glide Community here.

  • Billing Reports - Institutions can now self-serve download billing-reconciliation reports directly from the Analytics dashboard via “Create Report”, with per-billing-period XLSX exports broken down by application and transaction type to match Glide invoice totals.

  • Real-Time ACH Funding for Savings and Checking Accounts (Symitar) - Institutions on Symitar can now configure real-time core transfer funding for savings and checking account openings, crediting the account immediately at approval via share-to-share transfer rather than waiting for ACH settlement. Contact DPM to enable. Read more here.

  • GL Code Support in Journeys - Now Available to All Cores - All institutions can now configure GL codes and minimum age requirements on specific journey promotions, matching the capability previously available only to XP2 clients.

Digital Loan Application (DLA)

  • HELOC and HELOAN Loan Types in Dashboard - Staff can now add and edit HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) and HELOAN (Home Equity Loan) loan applications directly from the dashboard loan management flow. Previously, HELOCs and HELOANs was not available as a selectable product type in the dashboard add/edit interface.

  • Configurable HELOAN Term Options - Institutions can now configure which loan term lengths are displayed in the HELOAN member flow, restricting available options to specific month increments without a code deploy. This is managed through the Loan Configuration section of the dashboard, where an "Available Terms" multi-select allows staff to enable or disable specific term options.

  • Decimal Support for Minimum Payment Percentage - The minimum payment percentage of balance field for credit card and personal line of credit products now accepts decimal values, enabling more precise rate configurations. Previously, the field only accepted whole numbers, which could cause rounding inaccuracies in member qualification calculations.

  • Flat-Fee Pricing for Ancillary Products - Institutions can now configure ancillary products such as GAP insurance with a flat-fee pricing model, in addition to the existing per-thousand pricing option. Staff and member-facing pricing display both update to reflect the configured cost structure.

  • Improved Prequal Payment Calculations - Pre-qualification criteria now use fully amortized monthly payments (principal + interest) when evaluating DTI, PTI, Streamlined PTI, and Unsecured DTI ratios for installment loan products. Previously, the new-loan payment used in these calculations did not factor in interest, which could result in higher qualifying amounts than were accurate.
