Minor Account Approval Logic - Minor account applications initiated from the staff dashboard now follow the same auto-approval logic as the member flow, unless additional pending reasons have been configured for the dashboard channel only.

Deceased Trustor Handling on Signature Card - Glide's standard signature cards now clearly display a deceased indicator for deceased trustors.

SFTP Document Conversion - A new configuration is now available that excludes image files (JPEG, PNG, HEIC, HEIF) from automatic PDF conversion during SFTP transfers, sending them in their original format. Contact DPM to enable.

Extended Business Name Support (Symitar) - Business and trust names exceeding 40 characters now are sent to the EXTENDEDNAME mnemonic in Symitar, eliminating the need for staff to manually truncate names.

Name Suffix on Signature Cards - Glide's standard signature cards now correctly display member name suffixes, if entered via the suffix field on the dashboard.

Plaid Financial Account Matching - The Plaid Identity Verification session within the Plaid dashboard will now show the financial account matching results when an applicant links an external bank account for ACH funding during the account opening journey. See here.
