Updates:

  1. Updated Trust Flow: We've redesigned the trust account setup experience to be simpler and more intuitive. Members now add all trust roles (trustees, trustors, and successor trustees) upfront, with a clear option to add someone directly or send an email invite, before moving to a single review screen and submission. The updated flow also supports adding multiple roles in one sitting, includes a dedicated path for deceased individuals that requires only basic information, and gives staff full visibility into when roles are added or invited. These improvements make opening a trust account faster and easier for everyone involved.

  2. Debit Card Ordering — Duplicate Detection (XP2): Glide now detects if a member already has a debit card on their account and prevents them from ordering a duplicate on XP2 cores. The "Request Debit Card" task will show as completed and non-clickable, regardless of whether the original card was ordered through Glide.

  3. Debit Cards — Core to Glide Sync (Keystone): We also support syncing debit cards from the Core to Glide on Keystone cores. This ensures debit card data stays accurate across both systems.
