• Enhanced Multi-Signer Workflow: Staff can now collect signatures from multiple signers using different signing methods (e.g Topaz pad and remotely via link) on a single document set. This is enabled in the staging environment for all clients and will be deployed to production on 2/3.

• Funding Method Visibility & Edit: Members can now see and update the selected funding method on the Enter Funding Amounts page. This reduces errors and increases confidence in funding choices.

• Funding Limits & Error Validation: Glide now offers a new configuration for enforcing daily card limits during the account funding journey. FIs can choose between a daily limit or membership limit on card funding.

• Signature Card Account Number Suffix: Account number suffixes now appear next to each share and for joint owners on signature cards. Staff can quickly differentiate accounts when members hold multiple of the same type, reducing processing errors and improving operational accuracy.

• New auto-selection preferences for Journeys: We’ve rolled out the ability for staff to automatically select the products, membership type, eligibility, and the assigned branch for applications from journey links. This creates a smoother, more personalized onboarding experience and helping members get started faster. This is now in staging for all FIs and will be moved to production on 2/10.
