Updates:

• Google Address Validation: staff will be able to quickly verify and standardize member addresses now using Google’s API combined with Glide’s proprietary logic, ensuring USPS-certified addresses, reducing errors, and improving compliance.

• Unified Signature Collection: Staff members can now select either collection method for each signer directly within the same modal. This update streamlines the process by providing a single, consolidated flow for both in-pad and via-link collection - resulting in meaningful time savings.

• Active Balance Update for Holds: The Active Balance displayed in the Glide dashboard’s Products table will now reflect the actual funded amount of a certificate, ensuring staff see accurate balances and improving account management.

• Promo Dividend Posting for Journey & Referral Credits: Journey and referral credits will now post as Promo Dividends. This standardizes posting by using deposit/dividend codes and updated descriptions, statement descriptions, and transaction comments to clearly identify promo and referral deposits.

Changes for all products mentioned above will be live in production following the 01.15.26 deployment.
